Acwer consisted of twelve (12) reconditioned working days and needed a standard cycle approximately of 7 -10 working days to produce a quality reconditioned equipment’s :
Forklift Examine
Forklifts will be fully dismantle into parts and carefully examine replacing the necessary parts.
Replace Parts
A standard list of parts is replaced and documented to ensure that all equipment is delivered in compliance with our quality assurance standards.
Quality Parts
All oils, including transmission, brake, and hydraulic oils, will be fully replaced. We only use high-quality parts for the replacement process.
Safety Operation
All brake pads will be replaced and service to ensure safety operation.
Maintenance
We require 7 to 10 working days to produce one unit of properly reconditioned forklift. This is because additional labour hours and extra parts replacement are necessary to ensure the equipment is restored to a high standard.
In comparison, basic reconditioning may take only 3 working days, but it often involves minimal repairs. Customers may enjoy a lower upfront price with basic reconditioned units, but they could face more frequent breakdowns, higher repair costs, and shorter equipment lifespan in the future.

Hydraulic:
Galvanized housing. Sturdy construction with hardchromium plated piston and overload protection. Lowering valve allows a controlled lowering of the load.
Load Frame:
Torsional rigid steel construction. Rounded fork ends reduce damage to pallets. Lead-in and lead out rollers enable easy handing of pallets. All bearings greaseable. The wide softly coated handle is comfortable to work with even under full capacity and especially under extreme temperature condition.
Steering wheels and fork wheels:
Sealed bearings guarantee ease of movement and prevent early wear. Grease fitting at all pivotal points to ensure truck long life and easy control. The strong reinforcement of the lower part of the handle prevents damage of the handle even under full load.
Optional extras:
Special fork lengths and widths. Different lowered fork heights, hand and operators brake, stainless steel and zink-coated version. Extra low pallet truck, load frame, coupling system.
